The first thing our technician will do is inspect the tile wall and confirm that it is sound, has no softness, or wetness issues; such as crumbling drywall, or backer board and that the tile in question is a good candidate for refinishing. Next, the tile will receive a thorough and vigorous cleaning to remove dirt, oils, grease and any soap residue. After which our technicians will repair or replace any broken, loose, chipped, or damaged tiles. In most cases, the existing grout will also need some attention. So, our technicians will expertly fill in any missing or damaged grout lines and apply a thin, new coat to ensure the grout lines are filled and even. Re-grouting and patching any small pinholes in the grout results in a clean, well done final finish.

Once complete, the tile is acid etched, cleaned again, and an appropriate primer and bonding agent are applied to aid in adhesion of the new top coat.
